Who are you?

ICJAM is led by Dom & Cam, a creative duo with years of experience across design, media, and strategy. We keep things agile — no bloated teams, no slow-moving layers — but the work we deliver has the scale, finish, and imagination of a much bigger agency.

Where are you based?

Our studio is international. We’re currently based in Florence, Italy, with roots in the UK and new projects opening up in Mumbai. Wherever you are, we can work with you.

What kind of clients do you work with?

We’ve worked with global names like Soho House Group and Nasdaq-listed tech companies, as well as start-ups, architects, and artisan brands. The common thread? People who want bold ideas and strong creative execution.

Do you only work on big projects?

Not at all. We love ambitious large-scale projects, but we also take on smaller, fast-turnaround jobs if they’re a good creative fit. Sometimes a single photoshoot or a one-off video is the start of a long-term collaboration.

What if I just need a financial report?

Yes, we do that too. We produce financial reports, annual reviews, and investor decks for tech and listed companies — with the design clarity, accuracy, and translation skills (including Swedish) to get it right.
